C&C Fluid Power's engineering department is not a support function. It is the starting point for every system we design and build. Our SolidWorks-certified team produces simulation-validated designs for hydraulic power units, chemical injection systems, custom trailers, and specialty oilfield equipment. Every design is structurally analyzed and visualized in 3D before fabrication begins, which means fewer revisions, faster builds, and equipment that performs in the conditions it was designed for.
Hydraulic system design
We design complete hydraulic systems (circuit layout, component selection, and performance specifications) for mobile, industrial, and oilfield applications. You get a fully engineered system sized to your operating pressures, flow rates, and duty cycle.
Hydraulic circuit design
Detailed hydraulic schematics that define every valve, actuator, pump, and flow path in your system. Circuit designs are built to match your operational sequence and safety requirements, and delivered as part of a complete documentation package.
3D CAD modeling and visualization
Using SolidWorks, we build full 3D models of your equipment before anything is fabricated. High-resolution renderings let you review fit, clearance, and layout, reducing change orders and eliminating surprises during assembly.
FEA and structural analysis
Finite element analysis performed in-house using SolidWorks Simulation. We validate frame structures, mounting points, pressure vessels, and load paths against real-world operating conditions so designs meet requirements before material is cut.
Complete design and drawing packages
Full documentation sets including assembly drawings, BOMs, weld maps, and fabrication details. Packages are production-ready and formatted for our in-house manufacturing team or your third-party fabricator.
Engineering consulting
For projects that need engineering input without a full design engagement: scope definition, feasibility review, system troubleshooting, or spec development. We work directly with your engineering or operations team to solve specific technical problems.
